That kiss always makes my spidey sense tingle.

Kirsten Dunst has been in a TON of super-famous movies in her career, including her most recent, Jane Campion's Netflix film The Power of the Dog.

But to some fans, she'll always be known as the OG Mary Jane Watson in Sam Raimi's '00s Spider-Man trilogy.

And in 2002's Spider-Man starring Tobey Maguire, Kirsten had a super-tingly upside-down kiss that goes down in movie history as one of the sexiest onscreen kisses of all time. They even won the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss in 2003.

Anyway, Kirsten opened up to W Magazine about what it was like to shoot that kiss, saying she never expected it to become famous.

"I did not feel like it was a famous kiss because Tobey was... Water was getting up his nose because of the rain, and then he couldn't breathe in the Spider-Man suit, and then... And it just felt very late at night. I didn't think about it that way."

"But the way it was presented to me, Sam [Raimi] gave me this book of famous kisses, so that made me realize how romantic and special Sam wanted this to be. Even though it wasn't necessarily feeling that way with Tobey hanging upside down."

Kirsten has been vocal about how difficult the scene was to do in previous interviews, such as on the Graham Norton Show in 2014. (Watch Dawn French and Bear Grylls reenact the scene below, LOL.)

And in 2007, Tobey told Parade how kissing Kirsten was the most difficult stunt he had to do as Spider-Man: "When we shot that scene where we kissed in the alleyway and I was hanging upside down…it was raining and the whole time I had rainwater running up my nose. Then, when Kirsten rolled back the wet mask, she cut off the air completely."

Ultimately, though, Kirsten says she's "proud" to be part of such a famous Hollywood kiss. As she should be.
